Using econometrics and our fully-integrated geographic information system, we studied more than 1,000 home sales near a high-pressure natural gas pipeline — isolating the effect that proximity alone has on nearby home values.

Pricing a highway's noise and elevation.

In one of the first large-scale applications of remote-sensing LIDAR data, we studied how highway elevation and traffic noise affected home sales along Interstate-395 in Jacksonville, Florida — turning a community disamenity into measurable dollars.
